First I think you pais way to much for those boots and they sound very gothic. I agree with your principal though. 7 inch heels are dangerous to you and to people around you. but if you had some good reasons as of to why you should be allowed to wear them you should have sat down and talked with your principal.Me and a couple of friends bought "Heelys" in January and the principal banned them about a week later so we went into her office and talked to her about the reasons we thought we should wear them and she told us some reasons she banned them. She considered what we said and us three are allowed to wear them next year.

ah dress codes. Been there done that. Basically they can enforce unstated rules as long as no one complains. If its really not in a dress code (or you have my problem and couldn't get the full dress code) and, unfortunantly, you have parents support you might be able to get it changed by going to the principal, and or school board.

, schools. Keep wearing them. I mean you aren't hurting anyone. And come on they are shoes. Read the bill of rights does it say 'hadarous shoes are not allowed'. NO! Id tell the principal f off and walk away. As for if you get claled down . Don't go.

Are they platform shoes? Because if it's not, there's no such thing as a 7 inch heel without platform...it's impossible to walk in them. Our feet can't handle 7 inches, not even supermodels. They wear 5 inches at the highest because they they don't want to hurt themselves. There's 6 inches but you might as well be walking on your toes than wear heels.

At the risk of sounding like a prick; yoy paid $300 for a pair of boots that are against your school's published dress code. $300.

Sounds like some awesome boots and if they arent gonna be allowed at school your just gonna have to deal with it. Wear them after school or on the weekends... Dont make it such a big deal. Anyways who wants to be taller than everyone at school? Dont let that principal get to you. Ive gotten in trouble twice this year too but I didnt know who the principal was and just flipped her off .

She sounds like a bitch, but you're not making anything better with your attitude.

been there.. i never had shoes like you but i have ALOT of shirts with rebel flags on them and i was told to turn my shirt inside out so i would not offend.. i don't wear em outta hate, i'm a southern but anyway there was no code about shirts like mine or anything.. i think some schools just look at the people who stand out more than others and treat them like total s-h-i-t

You should have been more diplomatic with your prinicipal. You catch more flies with honey than vinegar. Never tell her to go screw herself. Work on improving the dress code and show her what you've done and why. Rubber spikes being banned does seem a bit silly through. You can do more damage with a pencil. At least you can wear them outside of school.

You should have read the school code before paying 300 box for something so stupid. That is what I think. They will go in your closet because you did not read the code first.
