Open Toe Slingbacks

OMG, I think open toe slingbacks, or even open toe mules are like really cute, and it looks as though they are so in this summer.

I love the concept of a pump type heel, and I've even seen them in a wedge heel, and then with open toes so I can flash the fresh french pedicure! It's such a fab idea.

Anyway, I wanna get myself a pair, but I'm not sure what to wear with them??? Should your feet be covered or can you wear a short skirt or capris? Any help would be great girls! Thanks girls, I look foward to the feedback, mwa!
