Hey I really want to be a nudist!! I love to be naked and sleep nude but I can only do this while I’m alone! I am very self conscious on the outside but on the inside I just want to not be clothed at all without caring. My mom is not strict and she walks around naked all the time...I want to be like that too but I’m very shy and my family knows me as a modest person when it comes to nudity. HELP ME OUT!! What should I do to stop my shyness/modesty?? I know that telling her won't work. ..nothing like "Mom, I want to be a nudist" or anything like that. I would definitely get way too embarrassed!!!

That's really . I'm a nudist and have been for a few years. I just asked my parents and they werent to excited about it at first but now theyre used to it. It feels soo comfortable. If your mom is naked at home alot then I'm sure that she would be ok with you being naked a lot too, so just ask her....

If your Mom walks around nude, she should have no problem with you walking around nude. I raised in a nudist family. I am nude at home most of the time. My friends are not nudists, but when they come to my house they shed thier clothes as soon as they come in. They to sit out at my pool nude and sunbathe. The first time you walk out of your room naked it will seem strange for a few minutes. Once you are seen bu others and nothing is said you will be very at ease. I suggest the next time you Mother is nude artound the house, go to your room and get naked. Walk ouit of your room and act like everything is normal. The first time is the hard time, afet that it will be no rpoblem.

I know how you feel too. Naked is much better than clothed, except in winter, when it just gets too cold to be naked all the time. I sleep naked and during the summer I sunbathe naked on our deck, but only when nobody is home. There's a nude park about 45 minutes from here, but I'm not sure if I'm ready to take that step. BTW, Saunas and tubs are best enjoyed naked, especially with friends. No sexual activity, just letting it all hang out. I think it's ridiculous how nudity has been associated with sexual activity...stupid puritan values that the country was founded on

I know just how you feel! I wanna be a nudist, but I can only be naked when I'm alone. I it though! I wish my dad was like your mom, cuz then I'd feel more comfortable about doing it. We're just a normal clothed family. I'd walk around naked if I knew they wouldn't care, but idunno how they, especially my dad would react. I'm not self-conscious. I don't care who sees me naked. You should try not to let it bother you, especially if your mom walks around naked, and prolly wouldn't mind you doing so. I say you're very lucky! Cuz for you it's at least an option! But just do what you want. I hope you're able to become a nudist, though!
