I thought my whole life that every girl would hate tighty whities. Granted. I wear boxers, and boxer-briefs, but I was very concerned that my girlfriend would be super turned-off by tighty whities. Obviously, this is a worthy concern. Many girls think tighty whities are for geeks.

I told my girlfriend (after 2 years) that I wear tighty whities, and several other color of briefs. At first she seemed a little bit weirded out. But then, after a while, she got mad when I wasn't wearing them and she wanted me to wear the white ones specifically. She thought they were the cutest. So just a little boost of encouragement to all you guys out there who wear tighty whities. Don't lose your hope!

I have a question for the writer of this article. How did you get away with your girlfriend not know what kind of underwear you wear for 2 years? That's a long time man. A couple months I can understand, but two years?! Did you just wear something different when you were with her or did she never see you in your underwear? You dudes who think boxers are "mens underwear" are sadly mistaken. I wear tightie whities and briefs and my girl thinks they are sexy. I even have batman briefs. The only reason any guy wears boxers is because he has a small package and nothing to show. They are a tiny mans way of hiding what they don't got. Briefs are for guys with a big package and a toned ass. Girls like it. I am one of the most popular guys at my school and the last football player who tried to hang me by my underwear in the locker room regretted it. But I guess if I had a small package I would hide it under a baggy pair of boxers too. Luckily I don't have that problem. Briefs are a real mans underwear.

In reading this i'm a little confused I guess. In one response you said "your foot ball team would beat you up" for wearing tighty whities. When I played football we all wore tighty whities or jock straps or something when actually playing. Sure during every day school not everyone wore briefs but still come on man, some of us athletic men need to wear tighty whities or jocks or briefs for athletic activities like running or football or soccer u name it...

Okay...I'll be honest with you man. Although I am a devout boxer-wearer and wouldn't be caught in a pair of tighty whities, I do own a few pairs. And some colored briefs that I only wear when my laundry goes out. I just was keeping my tough skin up and usually beat up nerds who wear tighty whities and give them wedgies. I think you are being rude. I don't see how my underwear preference is a reason to call me a nerd. I'm seen in them in the locker room alot and I'm never picked on. Sometimes others my age and older are seen in briefs. And I don't play Yu-Gi-Oh! much, I'm more into the original manga/anime which is not really for children.
