No offense to anybody but I think this conversation is more personal than it should go. Underwear on periods may be okay to you but extremely personal for me. I just want to protect you all from those so called 'sexual predators.' They come on pages like these looking for something like this and start engaging personal conversations.

yeah, underwear that comes up higher is key for us girls who only wear pads, especially when we're wearing longer pads on heavy days.

I am a pad girl too. My period can be quite heavy so I use Always Maximum Protection pads, either the Maxi Pad version or the Ultra Thin version, depending on what I am wearing that day. If I am wearing the thicker Maxi Pad version, I will wear high cut panties. If I am wearing an Ultra Thin, I will usually wear bikini panties. Either way, I always wear something with enough coverage in the back and something that will hold my pad in place so it is snug and won't move around. Anything to avoid an embarrassing leak!

When I have my Period I wear my Extra Low Rise String Bikini Panties. I use Tampons & Pads. I don't trust tampons enough & I'd feel way too self conscious wearing a Thong or G String when I have my period. I wear extra long pads sometimes but I've never seen how higher rising panties are a need. I can wear a pad with my panties just fine

Which I during your periods, is when you spread your legs wearing shorts, I to see your granny panties, and I spread my legs wearing shorts, you'll see my briefs.
