I know, I know it's not a new problem, but I've been lucky for ages and my skirts have stayed in place. Mainly cos I have been wearing tight fitting skirts. But recently I put on a short pleated skirt, which is just asking for trouble! I thought it would be ok, but how wrong I was. Just walking down our road and woosh, up it went showing off my panties. I think it was a passing bus that managed to produce a very uplifitng draft. I straightend my skirt and hoped nobody noticed, but then I realised that I had given a couple of guys a real show. They were standing just the other side of a garden wall and saw everything. When I looked at them they were grinning and one said "Nice red panties" Well I turned the same colour and hastily carried on. The trouble was a passing lorry caused my skirt to lift up again! I ran home and took the skirt off and slipped back into one of my tight skirts. Not sure these short pleated skirts are a good idea, even longer pleated skirts are probably prone to being lifted by the wind.

It happens to all of us! I pleated skirts and wear them alot but I'd say I'm definitely more exposed when I wear them... The wind can do a number on you before you can react. It doesn't stop me from wearing them tho.

Yeah, I do really like my pleated skirt and will wear it again, just have to except it lifting up sometimes. I just got a little embarrassed, but I'll just have to get used to it as I do really like them.

It'd be hard to jack off on it cause they flip around in the wind! I actually had one on today and got major wind lifted right in front of a bunch of people eating outside at the restaurant I was going to. This was not a little oops it flipped up a little, this was pinned up in back and and front at the same time. There was nothing I could do to get it down and I was completely exposed and yes very very embarrassed!

Well I've been wearing my short pleated skirt and getting used to it lifting up by the wind. In fact, it's been lifting up all day and I've just let it. Had a few comments from guys, and liked it!! I hope I didn't expose myself too much though as this would be way over the top for me.

Well I still try to keep it down and keep myself covered. If it does blow up I give the embarrassed look, actually I still do get embarrassed and the guys to see that look. So it works both ways.

. once we were on our way to our classrooms with my girl and guy friends. we were outside and were gonna walk up the stairs. then while we were walking our skirts went up. (as always, all the girls were wearing short skirts. some thongs, some g-strings, and some nothing. i was one of those who were wearing nothing!) the guys were walking behind us girls so they all got a good view. then they started giving each other looks and all. . but it's ok. i'm proud of what i've got.

I'm a male crossdresser and wearing skirts and dresses.I think that I prefer something flippy or free flowing as opposed to something tighter, just because of the way it feels,on me.Having the wind blow you up,is a little embarrassing, granted, but isn't kind of sexy and flirty?C'mon-be honest, girls!I,for one,get a kick out of seeing guys heads snap my way, when it happens(some girls, too!),and I really don't mind. It's actually flattering.I do usually wear panties and pantyhose,so I'm not too overly exposed,if it happens.

I pleated skirts as well! Yes they do sail in the wind, but I would be lying if I said I didn't like it at least a little. A few months ago I went to Europe with my parents. In one of the videos we made I saw how my mini moved in the breeze. Although I wasn't exposed too much, I thought I looked picturesque while I was oblivious and enjoying the scenary. A skirt sailing lightly isn't a bad thing! Plus, the girls there don't seem to care much when they're exposed, and the guys don't really react to it either. I mean they do look, but it's more like a glance without any comments (to their friends), expressions, or any reaction at all. It's just as "a big deal" as seeing a girl in a backless top. I was also surprised how a lot of girls were wearing thong bikinis at the beach, without coverup when they go shopping at the beach markets. I mean I even saw a bunch of girls waiting in line, in their thong bikinis, waiting to buy ice cream outside of a shop in a super crowded area. None of the guys even gave her more than a passing glance... and she was very pretty. So maybe something in our society is driving us to "make a mountain out of an ant hill". I like their attitude much more. I think it's healthier and with fewer hangups.

this is ny cuz, i'm a guy and recently went out pretty late at night in a dress and high heels to see what it was like to be outside in a dress instead of just at home where i usually wear my dress. anyway i was on the roof of one of the appartment towers neerby and it was a windy night and the wind was blowing up my dress. i didn't mention that it was a really short dress. anyway, the wind kept blowing up my dress and showing my panties. it also felt really ny to have the wind blowing around down there if you know what i mean! i guess the girls are used to having a breeze down there, but i'm not! i kinda liked the breeze!
