I usually wear high cut panties all the time, whether I have my period or not. I wear pads too and I find that the high cuts work the best for my maxi pads.

Depends upon the period. If the flow is fairly light then I use a tampon and a thong. But when it goes heavy then I have to switch to bikinis and use a tampon and a pad. My poor g/f sometimes needs to use two maxi tampons her flow is so heavy.

I usually wear high cut bikinis when I have my period since I only wear pads. I like having more coverage just in case. And not like I wear thongs anyway, but wearing a thong with a pad just would not work.

the most important thing about underwear during your period if you wear pads like I do is that whatever you wear, it fits kinda tight so the pad stays in place. if its loose the pad can slide around and I don't need to get into what could happen if your pad doesn't stay in place like it should.

one great thing about using tampons instead of pads is that you can wear any panties you want during your period. thats one of the many many reasons i like tampons

ok, dont think that i am some sort of sick freak for knowing this, but there are pads that are specifically shaped to fit in thong panties. i only know this because i used to work at target and a lot of women bought these pads.

I just discovered Jockey french cut and they are the absolute best period underwear. They are plenty big enough for even the biggest pads and they are and snug too.

I wear pads, so no thongs for me. I like bikinis best, but anything that a pad can fit in will work just fine. I've heard some girls wear pads with thongs but I don't know how that's possible.

i had my first period almost a year ago and for some reason I have been getting infections and really bad itch when i wore my regular panties. finally i started using tampons that work the best for me with no underwear. I get itchy when i wear any type of panties (my mom doesnt let me wear thongs...aggghhh). I have to wear a long loose skirt without panties and a tampon and clean it often.
