Yes.. I wear a short skirt every day almost unless it's really cold out. By that I mean like 5 degrees. I'll still wear a skirt if it's snowing even.
As far as guys looking up me... sure they try and do succeed at times. That is the nature of a short skirt. I can't keep everything covered and I'm gonna expose something at some point and some guy is gonna see. | |

| Not only is the dress inappropriate but leads to more sexual advantages in our schools. Dude, that is why my district has enforced a dress policy throughout the county. As far as I'm concerned, as long as it touches the thigh, there shouldn't be a problem. It is all a dress disturbance. No, I haven't seen a mini-skirt since the last girl was expelled for a dress code violation in series. No, I haven't seen a young man peek up her skirt at all or ANY girl at that school. | |
